TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR REQUSTING A CREDIT REQUEST REFUND FOR A NO SHOW
Please take note of the following information:
If a homeowner is not present during the inspection or cancels when the inspector arrives on time, you should submit a "Credit Request No Show" through our app. Select "Credit Request No Show" from the app and provide a reason for the refund request. We will make an effort to rescue and reschedule the appointment.
You have 24 hours to update the lead status. If there are no updates, the app will automatically update to "Approved Good Lead." If you update the lead as a "Credit Request No Show," and the homeowner claims that someone attended the appointment, we will not take the homeowner's word for it, and we will attempt to contact the homeowner. We will make three attempts to rescue the lead for rescheduling. If the homeowner does not respond, a refund will be processed. If you submit a "Credit Request No Show," and the homeowner provides details of the inspection being carried out, including the company name, inspector's name, and appointment time, you will receive an email and an app notification stating "Credit Request Refund Denied," along with a recording. The app will be updated to "Approved Good Lead." Credit request refunds may take 24 to 48 hours.
Please do not call the homeowner to confirm their presence for the appointment, as a friendly reminder might turn into a cancellation. It is important to inform us if you intend to call the homeowner for rescheduling or due to bad weather or emergency. If you contact the homeowner without informing us, the lead will be updated to "Approved Good Lead." Please send us a message or call us, and the sales agent who booked the appointment will reach out to the homeowner to inform them about a late inspector or a rescheduled appointment due to an emergency or bad weather.
After the inspection is completed, please select "Approved Good Lead" and include your name in the notes.
